Safway Services suing multiple companies, citing breach of contract

FORT LAUDERDALE — A foreign limited liability company is suing various companies for breach of contract, citing alleged unjust enrichment and refusal to apply payments.

Safway Services, LLC filed a complaint on April 26 in the Broward County Circuit Court against RCW Interiors, LLC, Dickinson Cameron Construction Company, Inc., et al. alleging that they breached their contractual obligations to pay for services received.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2017, Safway Services entered into an agreement with the defendants and complied with all conditions precedent to the agreement. Despite sending unpaid invoices and being reassured of payments, defendants allegedly did not pay for services rendered in accordance with the agreement. As a result, Safway incurred substantial damages. 

The plaintiff holds RCW Interiors, LLC, Dickinson Cameron Construction Company, Inc., et al. responsible because they allegedly failed to pay and refused to pay for the services rendered that are due and owing, and they continue to ignore demands for payment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages greater than $15,000, exclusive of interests, costs, attorneys' fees and any further relief the court deems proper. They are represented by Francisco Touron III and Jennifer C. Gonzalez of Taylor Espino Vega & Touron, PA in Coral Gables.
