ORLANDO – A Lantana company is alleged to have defaulted on a credit agreement contract.
Carrier Enterprise LLC filed a complaint on April 20 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against U.S. Air Systems LLC and William F. Dyer, alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it agreed to a credit agreement contract by which it would sell its merchandise to defendant on an open account credit. The suit states Dyer executed a personal guaranty on the agreement.
The plaintiff alleges it has complied with all conditions precedent on the contract, but U.S. Air owes the principal sum of $19,209.10, in addition to $1,571.38 in service charges.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for the unpaid principal sum with interest, prejudgment interest, attorney's fees and costs. It is represented by Scott S. Sheffler of Worman & Sheffler PA in Winter Park.
