CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County woman alleges an individual has defaulted on a loan.

Elizabeth Leeanne Egan filed a complaint on April 2 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Pinellas County against Alan K. Jenkins alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she loaned $65,000 to the defendant. She alleges the defendant defaulted on the terms and conditions of the debt, which remains unpaid to date except for three payments of $1,000 that were made in 2016.

The plaintiff holds Jenkins responsible because the defendant allegedly has refused to make any further payments despite demand to do so.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, plus interest, court costs, and for such other and further relief as may be just and proper. She is represented by Eric W. Neilsen of Neilsen Law Group PA in St. Petersburg.
