CLEARWATER — An individual is suing Anthony Harper for breach of settlement contract.

Josef Laun filed a complaint Feb. 27 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida-Pinellas County against Anthony Harper alleging that the defendant breached his duty to repay by failing to make scheduled payments.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he entered into a Settlement Agreement in which Harper agreed to repay the sums loaned to him. Although Laun made demand that defendant repay the monies lent, Harper allegedly defaulted on scheduled payments.

The plaintiff holds Harper responsible because he allegedly failed to repay the monies lent pursuant to the terms of the agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for the sums pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement, and for interest, costs, attorneys' fees, and all other relief the court finds necessary and proper. He is represented by Norman B. Waara of Norman B. Waara, Attorney at Law in Sarasota.
