ORLANDO — An Orange County man is suing a local company, alleging breach of contract.

David Dada filed a complaint Jan. 15 in Orange County Circuit Court against Closet Freekz Inc. alleging the defendant failed to repay nearly $15,000 for a loan.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 13, 2017, Dada entered into a written contract with Closet Freekz to provide the defendant with a loan of $15,000. The suit says the defendant defaulted by failing to pay $14,800, the remaining sum of loan, when due.

The plaintiff alleges Closet Freekz breached its obligation to the loan contract by refusing to provide payment and obligated Dada to pay an attorney for his services in bringing legal action.

Dada seeks trial by jury, judgment against the defendant of $14,800, plus interest, attorney fees of $1,000 and court costs. He is represented by attorney Jason Brian Phillips of Orlando.
