Gull Aire Village accuses tenants of violating covenants

CLEARWATER — A Florida corporation is suing Daniel and Mei Bisaillon, property owners, alleging they violated  neighborhood covenants.

Gull Aire Village Association Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 8 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court alleging that they the defendants are allowing someone outside their immediate family to live on their property, which is prohibited under the covenants. 

The plaintiff holds the Bisaillons responsible because they allegedly violated state law by failing to respond to the plaintiff's order to remove the tenants.

The plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendants, evict the defendants and/ or occupants, and requests court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Stephan C. Nikoloff of Stephan C. Nikoloff in Dunedin.
