ORLANDO — An Orange County woman is suing Walmart, alleging negligence caused her to suffer injuries at an Orlando store.

Pamela Robinson filed a complaint Jan. 8 in Orange County Circuit Court against Wal-mart Stores East LP, doing business as Walmart No. 890, alleging the retail store failed to maintain its premises in a safe condition.

According to the complaint, on July 27, 2015, Robinson was at the Walmart store, 11250 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, when she slipped and fell on a clear oil that had accumulated on the floor of the store. The suit says the fall caused her to sustain multiple bodily injuries and pain.

The plaintiff alleges Walmart No. 890 failed to maintain and provide a reasonably safe place for patrons to walk.

Robinson seeks trial by jury, general damages and all further just relief. She is represented by attorney Amanda Anderson Bright of Fenderson Law Firm in Delray Beach.
