Kenneth City landlord alleges tenant owes $650 in rent

CLEARWATER — A Kenneth City landlord is suing a tenant, alleging breach of contract.

Palm Communities LLC, successor in interest to Bob Nikolic, filed a complaint Dec. 29 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Walter Davis, also known as Walter Davis III, alleging the tenant failed to pay rent. 

According to the complaint, Palm Communities had its rental agreement breached causing significant financial damages. The plaintiff alleges Davis, a tenant at the plaintiff's Midship Apartments in Kenneth City, failed to pay $650 rent on the due date of Dec. 19. 2017, a breach of their rental agreement.

Palm Communities seeks damages of $650, possession of the property, court costs and all further relief the court grants. It is represented by attorney Matthew E. Siegel of The MGFD Law Firm PA in Clearwater.
