ORLANDO — A tenant is suing an Orlando apartment complex owner and operators, alleging negligence led to her suffering injuries

Angela Samonte filed a complaint Dec. 27 in Orange County Circuit Court against Noubar Boyajian, Ayeda Boyajian, Michael Boyajian, Waterford Villas Homeowners Association, Inc. and Sentry Management Inc., alleging failure to maintain their premises in a reasonably safe condition.

According to the complaint, on July 30, 2016, Samonte was walking through the front yard of the defendants' property at 12752 Lexington Summit St., Orlando. The suit says Samonte stepped into a hidden hole, causing her severe bodily injuries.

As a result, Samonte says, she suffered disability, disfigurement, mental anguish and expenses for hospitalization, medical and nursing care.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to adequately maintain the property, including the front lawn of the residence, thus creating an unreasonably dangerous condition to residents and invitees. The suit says the defendants failed to warn individuals of the danger of the hidden hole in the lawn that was unreasonably dangerous.

Samonte seeks trial by jury, judgment in excess of $15,000, plus interest and court costs. She is represented by attorney Logan J. Young of Dan Newlin & Parties in Orlando.
