Subcontractor alleges construction business owes $41,000

CLEARWATER — A subcontractor is suing a construction company, alleging breach of contract.

Best Employment Solutions LLC filed a complaint Dec. 28 in Pinellas Circuit Court against Sanders Construction Inc. alleging failure to pay more than $41.000. 

According to the complaint, Best Employment Solutions suffered economic injury from entering into an agreement with Sanders Construction to provide services. However, the defendant defaulted on the contract by not paying balance in the amount of $41,021.99. 

The plaintiff alleges Sanders Construction failed to fulfill its obligations under the agreement, by failing to pay the required amount for services received, and forced Best Employment to retain and pay for legal counsel.

Best Employment Solutions seeks trial by jury, damages iof $41,021.99, interest, and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Jessie E. Bowden and Jason D. Barlow of Bowden Barlow Law PA in St. Petersburg.
