ORLANDO — An Orlando property owner is suing a co-owner, alleging he owes more than $15,000 for breach of agreement.

Magdalena Monge filed a complaint Sept. 29 in Orange County Circuit Court against Christopher Mark Murray, alleging the co-owner failed to perform his obligation under the terms of their agreement.

According to the complaint, as a result of Murray's actions, Monge's interest in the property at 14107 Allison Drive, Orlando, has been jeopardized.

The plaintiff alleges Murray has refused and failed to pay his share of the mortgage, taxes, insurance and maintenance for the partitioned property and has refused to sell his half interest in the subject property to Monge.

Monge seeks trial by jury, damages more more than $15,000, approval to take jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this case, an order directing the sale of the property and directing the defendant to provide detailed expenditures, court costs, attorney fees and all additional just relief. She is represented by attorney Mark Rosenthal of Rosenberg Cummings & Edwards PLLC in Fort Lauderdale.
