According to the complaint,  on June 18, 2015, Quintero was a business invitee at a Hobby Lobby 2728 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando. The suit says Quintero was injured as she slipped and fell due to water leaking from the roof near the entrance area.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to provide warnings of unsafe conditions to its invitees, failed to have a proper maintenance/clean-up plan in place, and failed to properly supervise maintenance personnel.

Quintero seeks trial by jury, damages that exceed $15,000, exclusive of costs, attorney fees and all further relief the court deems just and proper. She is represented by attorney Michael B. Sanchez of The Pendas Law Firm in Orlando.
