First Class Renovation Experts Inc. accused of breach of contract

ORLANDO — An Orlando resident is suing First Class Renovation Experts Inc. for alleged breach of contract.

Jose Rodriguez filed a complaint on Aug. 16 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he entered into a building contract with the defendant on May 27 to construct parts of his home. However, the defendant allegedly failed to complete the construction according to the contract, despite allegedly having received payments from the plaintiff. 

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to comply with the building contract by allegedly failing to complete its tasks despite allegedly receiving payment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, costs of suit and any further relief the court deems just. He is representing himself.
