CLEARWATER — An individual is suing Knight Global Entertainment LLC for alleged negligence.
Lisa Calmbacher filed a complaint on Aug. 17 in the Pinellas County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to maintain its premises in a safe condition.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was on the premises of the defendant on Jan. 23, 2016 when she allegedly slipped and fell on water that had allegedly spilled on the floor, causing her to suffer serious and permanent bodily injury, disability, mental anguish and the aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to warn her of the hazardous condition, and for allegedly failing to adequately inspect and maintain its premises.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages and costs of action. She is represented by Dean W. Karikas of Karikas & Kasaris PA in St. Petersburg.
