Tower Realty Partners Inc. accused of negligence

ORLANDO — An individual is suing Tower Realty Partners Inc. for alleged negligence.

Louis Barnes filed a complaint on Aug. 1 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to provide a safe environment for its patrons.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that while walking on a premises that was maintained and managed by the defendant on Jan. 21, he allegedly tripped and fell over an unpainted and unnoticeable parking bumper. The plaintiff claims that he sustained bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability and the aggravation of a pre-existing condition. 

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to properly paint and/or identify the parking bumpers, and for allegedly failing to maintain, inspect and correct the lights on the exterior of the building.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages and demands judgment in excess of $15,000 plus interest and costs. He is represented by Gregory S. Stark of Todd K. Miner PA in Orlando.
