CLEARWATER — An individual is suing TB Roofing & Construction LLC and Lincoln Sziranko for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Jose Ledezma filed a complaint on Aug. 9 in the Pinellas County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to follow applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was hired by the defendant to perform various roofing services on Nov.19, 2016, but allegedly was injured and suffered bodily injury, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses while performing the work.
The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide safe machinery and instruments to work with. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for damages, plus costs, interest and further relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Michael A.
