ORLANDO — A company is suing Kadaae Entertainment Corp., Kadaae LLC, Andres Fernandez, Ahead of the Game LLC and Edison Denizard for alleged breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment.
Perdives LLC filed a complaint on July 18 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants breached their duty of good faith and fair dealing.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it entered into several written contracts on Aug. 12, 2016 to invest and reinvest in the defendants' production of live concerts. However, the defendant allegedly retained all the revenue generated from the live concerts without repaying plaintiff the total funds as promised, causing substantial financial losses for the plaintiff.
The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly employing a scheme to defraud and deceive the plaintiff, inducing the plaintiff to invest and reinvest its total funds, and for allegedly accepting and retaining the conferred benefit at the detriment of the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for damages in the amount of approximately $1 million, including interest, costs, attorney’s fees and any other relief the court deems just. The plaintiff is represented by Mari C. Ribeiro of the Ribeiro Law Firm PA in Miami.
