ORLANDO — A consumer is suing Porsche Cars North America Inc. alleged breach of warranty.

Susan Acevedo Negron filed a complaint on July 13 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the car manufacturer breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered financial damages on March 23, 2016 by purchasing a defective motor vehicle from the defendant that allegedly was subjected to several repair attempts for the same defect, which allegedly remains uncorrected.

The plaintiff holds Porsche Cars North America Inc. responsible for allegedly failing to adequately and timely repair the defects in the vehicle, allowing a defective product in the market and allegedly impairing the value of the vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for incidental and consequential damages, attorney's fees, witness fees, court costs and other relief the court deems just. She is represented by Brent Wikgren of Krohn & Moss Ltd. in Chicago.
