FORT LAUDERDALE — A Florida company is suing Luis Burgos, a former employee, for alleged breach of contract.
SEAL Aviation LLC filed a complaint on July 24 in the Broward County Circuit Court, alleging that the former employee breached his duty of good faith and fair dealing.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered injuries to its business and reputation on June 13 as a result of the defendant allegedly breaching an independent contractor/employee agreement upon termination of their business relationship and for allegedly misusing the plaintiff's confidential and propriety information.
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly exploiting the benefits received to compete and destroy its business and profits.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, interest, costs and any further relief the court deems proper. The plaintiff is represented by Bruce David Green of Bruce David Green PA in Fort Lauderdale.
