ORLANDO — A company is suing VCNA Prestige Concrete Products Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
CCI Cabot Construction Inc. filed a complaint on June 27 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages in May 2016 from entering into an oral contract with the defendant to improve a property, which the defendant allegedly has defaulted on under the terms of the contract by failing to make payments.
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to fulfill its obligations under the agreement, and for allegedly receiving and retaining benefits at the expense of the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages in the amount of $222,630.47 together with interest and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William M. Lindeman of William M. Lindeman PA in Orlando.
