ORLANDO — Two individuals are suing Kadaae LLC, Kadaae Entertainment Corporation and Ahead of the Game LLC for alleged breach of contract.
Yvonne Devlin and Sindee Snow filed a complaint on June 23 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants breached their duty of good faith and fair dealing.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they entered into an investor agreement with the defendants on Oct. 28, 2015 and allocated $300,000 towards the business venture. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, plaintiffs allegedly were entitled to a full refund of the investment plus five percent of the defendants' profit. Although plaintiffs allegedly received their initial investment after repeated demands, the checks issued by the defendants for the profits allegedly had insufficient funds.
The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to meet their obligations under the investor agreement, and for allegedly failing to provide the plaintiffs with financial information to ascertain the total amount due.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment for damages against defendants, pre- and post-judgment interest and any further relief the court deems just. They are represented by Evelyn J. Pabon-Figueroa of CPLS PA in Orlando.
