CLEARWATER — A motorist is suing Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company and William Patrick, another motorist, for alleged negligence and breach of insurance contract.
Beatrice Dusheiko filed a complaint on June 29 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County, alleging that defendant Allstate failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered serious and permanent injuries and property damage on Aug. 2, 2016 caused by the alleged negligence of defendant Patrick, an underinsured/uninsured driver. She allegedly has filed a claim for uninsured motorist benefits with Allstate. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly not settling her claim for damages.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for all damages to which she is entitled, the costs of the suit, interest and all issues triable by jury. She is represented by Tony Griffith of Tanney, Griffith & Bresler PA in Clearwater.
