CLEARWATER – A financial institution alleges a Pinellas County individual and corporation have failed to pay a debt.
Capital One Bank USA NA filed a complaint on June 21 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Jyrki T. Ikonen and Galaxy Marketing Solutions LLC alleging unjust enrichment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has been damaged for not receiving full payment in the amount of $20,143.44 from the defendants.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the amount of $20,143.44, costs and disbursement and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Kevin Spinozza of Pollack & Rosen PA in Coral Gables.
