Woman alleges unsafe parking lot at Bronze Lady Home Furnishings caused fall

CLEARWATER – A woman alleges she was injured in a Madeira Beach parking lot.

June Bartolick filed a complaint on June 20 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Bill R. Brawner, doing business as Bronze Lady Home Furnishings; 919 Land Trust Loft and W. Barry Tre. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 23, 2016, she was at defendants' premises when she tripped and fell in the parking lot. She alleges she sustained bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish, medical expenses and aggravation of a previously existing condition. 

The plaintiff holds Brawner, 919 Land Trust Loft and W. Barry Tre. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to inspect their premises and to correct or repair any unsafe of dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, plus interest, costs and all issues triable by jury. She is represented by Marcus W. Viles of Viles & Beckman LLC in Fort Myers.
