CLEARWATER – A Pasco County woman alleges that she was injured in a collision with an underinsured motorist.

Cynthia Nugent filed a complaint on June 20 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Reese Mischler, Charles Mischler and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. alleging negligence.
