Bride and Groom Wedding Publications accused of breach of contract

ORLANDO — A foreign corporation is suing Isaac Zohar d/b/a Bride and Groom Wedding Publications for alleged breach of contract.

Graham Media Group Orlando Inc. d/b/a WKMG filed a complaint on June 19 in Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit Court - Orange County, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from defendant's refusal to honor its obligations in a media sales contract to compensate the plaintiff for advertising services provided to the defendant. 

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly refusing to compensate it for services received and retained the benefit of advertising at the expense and detriment of the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages in an amount equal to the amount owing on the check, plus three times the amount of the check, or $60,300, plus interest, attorney's fees, court costs and further relief the court deems just. The plaintiff is represented by Grey Squires-Binford of Killgore, Pearlman, Stamp, Denius & Squires PA in Orlando.
