ORLANDO — A contractor is suing Shore DSV LLC, a Florida company, citing alleged breach of contract.

Universal Custom Display Inc. filed a complaint on June 19 in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered $44,483.62 in damages in 2016 because of the defendant's failure to pay for contracted carpentry goods and services.
