ORLANDO — A contractor is suing Shore DSV LLC, a Florida company, citing alleged breach of contract.
Universal Custom Display Inc. filed a complaint on June 19 in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County, alleging that the defendant breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered $44,483.62 in damages in 2016 because of the defendant's failure to pay for contracted carpentry goods and services.
The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to fully compensate the plaintiff for the services under the agreement and for reportedly accepting and retaining benefits at the expense and detriment of the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages in the amount of $44,483.62, plus interest, costs of the suit and further relief the court may deem proper. The plaintiff is represented by Robert N. Clarke Jr. of Ausley McMullen PA in Tallahassee.
