ORLANDO – An Orange County man is alleged to have failed to pay for a business transaction.
North Florida Anesthesia Consultants PA filed a complaint on June 15 in the Orange Circuit Court against Delano Brown alleging unjust enrichment and account stated.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, on March 10, 2014, the parties entered into a business transaction. The plaintiff alleges that the principal sum of $6,030 remains unpaid by the defendant to date.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for damages of $6,030, plus court costs and any other relief that the court deems just. It is represented by Kevin Spinozza of Pollack & Rosen PA in Coral Gables.
