Restoration 1 CFL seeks payment in full for home's repairs from St. Johns Insurance

Contract 04

ORLANDO – A company doing business in Orange County alleges it was not paid in full for services it performed on a Windermere property.

Restoration 1 CFL LLC, as assignee of Mark Boor, filed a complaint on June 15, in the Orange Circuit Court against St. Johns Insurance Co. Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 21, Boor's Windermere property was damaged. The suit states Boor retained plaintiff to perform services to his property and assigned his property insurance rights and proceeds to plaintiff as payment for repairs made. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant has failed and/or refused to make a full payment for the services rendered.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, attorney's fees, costs and other relief the court deems just. It is represented by Peter Mineo Jr. of The Mineo Salcedo Law Firm PA in Davie.
