ORLANDO – A man alleges he was injured in an assault at an Orlando racetrack.

Thomas Bollette filed a complaint on June 14 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against RBSJR Inc., doing business as Orlando Speedworld, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 14, 2016, he was upon the premises of the defendant and he was assaulted and battered by two unknown male suspects. As a result, plaintiff alleges he sustained multiple injuries in and about his body and extremities resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish and aggravation of previously existing condition.

The plaintiff holds RBSJR Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to warn and protect the invited guests from known dangers and failed to provide adequate supervision and security.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, costs and other relief deemed proper by the court. He is represented by James T. Lynch of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
