CLEARWATER – A St. Petersburg woman alleges she was injured as a passenger in a collision in St. Petersburg.
Samantha Oliver filed a complaint on June 15 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Shannon Parham and Kiana Jordan alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in March 30, she was a passenger in a motor vehicle owned by Jordan and driven by Parham when Parham carelessly operated the vehicle and caused it to collide with another vehicle. The plaintiff alleges she sustained injuries resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish, disability and hospitalization expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for damages and all other legal and equitable relief as the court deems just and proper. She is represented by Frank DiCosola of Frank DiCosola PA in Pinellas Park.
