CLEARWATER – A medical supply company claims a physician failed to pay goods ordered.
McKesson Medical-Surgical Minnesota Supply Inc. filed a complaint on June 2 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Dan Mountcastle MD alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, plaintiff provided and sold goods to defendant on credit. To date, the balance amount of $163,365.04 allegedly remains due and owing.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the sum of $163,365.04, plus interest and costs of court. It is represented by Ralph S. Marcadis, Gilbert M.
