ORLANDO – A man alleges he was injured while walking on an Orlando condo property because of hidden cables.

Erroll Gamble filed a complaint on June 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Brighthouse Networks LLC, Eagle Landing of Orlando LLC and Los Robles Condominium Association Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 10, 2013, he was walking on the premises owned and/or contracted by the defendants when he tripped on unprotected cables that were negligently left on the grass, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain personal injuries.

The plaintiff holds Brighthouse Networks LLC, Eagle Landing of Orlando LLC and Los Robles Condominium Association Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly created a dangerous condition from allowing loose cables on the grass and failed to warn plaintiff of the cables on the grass where the accident occurred.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for damages and further relief as the court may deem just. He is represented by Trenton M. Swan of The Pendas Law Firm in Orlando.
