ORLANDO – A debt collector claims that an individual has failed to make payments on an auto loan.

Surf Consultants II Inc. filed a complaint on June 7 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Calvin Garrett alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the defendant and Summit Financial Corp. entered into an agreement to finance an automobile. The plaintiff later purchased this account, the suit states.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the sum of $7,891.56 plus court costs, interest and other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Ryan E. Sprechman of Sprechman & Fisher PA in Miami.
