ORLANDO – A shopper at an Orlando Walmart alleges that she was injured because of eggs on the store's floor.

Susan Quealy filed a complaint on June 7 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Wal-Mart Stores East LP and Kimberly Barrows alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 27, 2015, she was shopping at the defendants' store when she injured her hip, leg, back body and limbs because of eggs on the floor.

The plaintiff holds Wal-Mart Stores East LP and Barrows responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to establish a procedure for the regular inspection of its premises and failed to correct or warn guests of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages of more than $15,000, plus interest and costs. She is represented by Anthony H. Quackenbush of Kelley Uustal PLC in Fort Lauderdale.
