Howard Fertilizer & Chemical Co. alleges Orange Lake Golf owes more than $100,000

ORLANDO – An Orange County corporation alleges a Kissimmee golf course has failed to pay for supplies and materials delivered.

Howard Fertilizer & Chemical Co. Inc. filed a complaint on June 7 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against OL Golf Co. LLC, doing business as Orange Lake Golf, alleging open account and breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff entered into a contract to furnish defendant with various supplies and materials. As of May 31, defendant allegedly still owes plaintiff the amount of $100,952.20, despite plaintiff's numerous demands for payment. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the of $100,952.20, plus interest, cost and attorney's fees. It is represented by Michael A. Paasch of Mateer & Harbert PA in Orlando.
