FORT LAUDERDALE – A tenant of a Hollywood property alleges he was injured by debris left on the property.

Reginald Washington filed a complaint on June 2 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Albo Investments LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 16, 2016, he was on the defendant's property as a tenant, when he stepped on debris that caused him to sustain injury and resulting pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of earnings, inconvenience and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Albo Investments LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain the common areas in a clean and reasonably safe condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages and costs. He is represented by Walter C. Jones IV of Freeman & Jones LLC in Palm Beach Gardens.
