Tammy L. Witham filed a complaint on May 25 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against P.W. LLC, doing business as Coach Mobile Home Park, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 22, 2014, she was in the course and scope of her employment and responding to an EMS call when she violently fell through a hole in the floor of a mobile home owned by the defendant that was covered by carpet.
