FORT LAUDERDALE – The owner of a Pompano Beach property alleges his insurer wrongfully denied his claim for property damages.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, plus interest, costs, legal fees and further relief deemed necessary by the court. He is represented by David A. Comras of Law Offices of Comras & Comras in Fort Lauderdale.
