FORT LAUDERDALE – An interior design firm alleges it was not paid for its services.
SantaMaria Designs Inc. filed a complaint on May 23 in the Broward Circuit Court against Sixth Street South LLC, Louis Petrosino and his unknown spouse and unknown tenants/owners alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, on Oct. 27, 2015, SantaMaria Designs Inc. entered an agreement with the defendants for interior design services. However, the defendants failed to make the full required payment and caused plaintiff to sustain monetary damages in the amount of $49,997.79.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages in the amount of $49,997.79, interest, costs, attorney's fees, judicial sale of the property and other relief deemed proper by the court. It is represented by Camilo F. Ortega of Ortega Law Group PA in Miami.
