CLEARWATER – An Illinois corporation alleges that a trucking company owes it nearly $80,000.
Engs Commercial Finance Co. filed a complaint on May 23 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Quad B Trucking LLC and Bobby Baker alleging breach of agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Tennessee Commerce Bank entered into an agreement with the defendants and that the defendants failed to make payments. The suit states the account was assigned to the plaintiff. It alleges the defendant owes it $79,600.98 by virtue of default, together with interest thereon.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in the sum of $79,600.98, together with interest, court costs, attorney's fees, and for such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
