CLEARWATER – A man who has a dental office at the Pasadena Shopping Center alleges he was injured by negligent conditions of the center's parking lot.

Mark A. Weiskopf filed a complaint on May 22 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against W-PT South Pasadena VII LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 11, 2015, he was walking on the parking lot when he tripped and fell on raised sprinkler head that was not properly covered. He alleges sustained injuries in and about his body and extremities.

The plaintiff holds W-PT South Pasadena VII LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently failed to maintain the premises and failed to warn Weiskopf of a danger of tripping on a sprinkler head.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $15,000 and all issues triable by jury. He is represented by William B. Bowles Jr. of Morgan & Morgan Tampa PA in St. Petersburg.
