Applied Contracting Services Inc. alleged to have failed to pay salesmen commissions

Law money 01

ORLANDO – Former salesmen for a Winter Garden residential construction remodeler allege they are owed unpaid commissions.

Aaron Joseph Krause and Timothy Allen Behm filed a complaint on May 24 in the Orange Circuit Court against Applied Contracting Services Inc. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 10, the defendant stopped paying them sales commissions on jobs that they sold, charged-back compensation for commissions when a customer canceled, and never credited back for taxes withheld on the commissions. They allege that despite their demands, the defendant has refused to pay them their commissions.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendant; injunction; reinstatement; compensation for lost wages, benefits, and other remuneration; other compensatory damages and other relief that the court deems proper. They are represented by N. James Turner of Law Office of N. James Turner in Orlando.
