Print Quickness Inc. alleged to have failed to pay loan

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County business is alleged to have defaulted on a loan.

Direct Capital, a division of CIT Bank NA, filed a complaint on May 17 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Print Quickness Inc. and Louis Dinicola alleging breach of master equipment finance agreement and loan scheduled.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 4, 2015, plaintiff entered into a master EFA agreement with the defendant to provide a loan amounting $50,000 payable in 390 payments. The plaintiff claims it has failed to receive payments due under the loan agreement since Dec. 14, 2016. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment in an amount that exceeds the sum of $15,000, together with court costs, attorney's fee, and any other further relief the court deems just and proper. It is represented by Eric B. Zwiebel of Emanuel and Zwiebel PLLC in Plantation.
