Mother alleges minor child was injured in Broward County auto accident

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County mother alleges her minor child was injured in an accident in the county.

Tshombe Johnson, on behalf of Nhea Akanbi, filed a complaint on May 18 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Sandra Milo and Eric Mauro alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 17, 2015, Nhea Akanbi was a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended by Milo, who was driving a vehicle owned by Mauro. The plaintiff alleges Akanbi suffered injuries, medical expenses, aggravation of a previously existing condition, shame, disability, discomfort, and inability to lead a normal life in the past, present and future.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages against the defendants in the amount of more than $15,000. She is represented by Thaddeus Hamilton of Thaddeus Hamilton PA in Plantation.
