Pinellas County collision caused damages, medical bills, driver alleges

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County resident is seeking damages after an auto accident in the county.

Lakesha Jordan filed a complaint on May 16 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida- Pinellas County against Michael Steadman alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 6, 2016, the defendant collided with plaintiff's vehicle near the intersection of 34th Street South and 38th Avenue South. The plaintiff alleges she sustained physical injuries, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgement for damages of more than $15,000, plus costs of action and any other relief to which the court deems just. She is represented by James E. Flynn of The Flynn Law Firm PA in St. Petersburg and Jennifer R. Beltz of Beltz and Beltz PA in St. Petersburg.
