Goodwill Industries-Suncoast Inc., driver accused of negligence in Palm Harbor crash

CLEARWATER – A Palm Harbor woman alleges she was injured in a collision with a vehicle owned by Goodwill Industries-Suncoast Inc. in Palm Harbor.

Terry Ann Smith filed a complaint on May 16 in the 6th Judicial Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Goodwill Industries-Suncoast Inc. and Patricia Francis Parrish alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in June 5, 2016, plaintiff was driving on U.S. Highway 19 North when Smith, operating a vehicle owned by Goodwill, collided with the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges she sustained serious and permanent injuries resulting in great physical pain and suffering, inconvenience, mental anguish, diminution of earning capacity and medical related expenses. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants of more than $15,000, plus costs and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by David D. Neiser and Matthew A. Dolman of Dolman Law Group in Clearwater.
