Broward County resident alleges negligence contributed to collision

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County individual alleges he was injured in an auto accident in the county.

Tevyn Campbell filed a complaint on May 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Keith L. Parker and Andrew Singh, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 10, 2016, the plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle traveling near the intersection of NW 73rd Avenue and Inverrary Boulevard when Singh, who was driving a vehicle owned by Parker, struck the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff alleges he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000, costs and interest. He is represented by Paul Galsterer and Miguel A. Coder of The Injury Firm in Fort Lauderdale.
