Driver seeks property damages after collision on state Road 435

ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges he was injured when another driver ran a red light in the county.

Ronald Crumity filed a complaint on May 12 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Matthew F. Knote alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 8, he was driving near the intersection of state Road 435 and Carrier Drive when the defendant ran the red light and collided with the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for property damages and other relief deemed proper by the court. He is represented by Blair M. Dickert of Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Boca Raton.
