Driver seeks more than $15,000 for alleged damages in state Road 434 collision

ORLANDO – An Orlando motorist claims he was injured when he was rear-ended in Orange County.

Logan Hicks filed a complaint on May 12 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Berrin Derya Erdogan alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 8, 2016, he was traveling on state Road 434 near its intersection with Orptington Street when the defendant collided with the rear end of his vehicle. The plaintiff alleges that he was injured in and about his body and extremities, incurred pain and suffering, suffered scarring and disfigurement, aggravation of any pre-existing conditions, mental anguish, incurred medical expenses and loss of earnings.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000. He is represented by Scott M. Miller of Law Offices of Scott M. Miller in Longwood.
